In January 2019, the south gate reconstruction project of the Cuihu district renovation project constructed by our company, is successfully completed and put into use. Leaders of neighborhood communities and construction units attended the opening ceremony.
Cuihu District is located in the south of Loushan Park, Licang District, covering an area of about 27.4 hectares, with a total of 100 buildings and more than 5,000 households.This construction mainly includes the reconstruction of the South gate, the green upgrading of residential areas, the construction of sponge facilities, pavement, new parking spaces and so on. The contract amount is 42.43 million yuan. The south gate reconstruction project started in mid-October 2018. The main body of the gate is reinforced concrete structure, and the outer part is composed of stone dry hanging and glass curtain wall. In line with the purpose of "beautifying the community and serving the residents", the project department overcomes the unfavorable factors like large traffic volume and complex underground pipeline network, grasps the key linking points of key processes, arranges cross-construction scientifically and rationally, and adopts the way that the main body of the gate and the rainwater pipeline are carried out at the same time within the scope, which greatly shortens the closing construction time and guarantees the smooth operation of the South Gate before the Spring Festival to meet the needs of residents in the community.
The reconstruction project of Cuihu district is the key project of sponge city in Licang district. Since the beginning of the project, the department has guided the construction according to the requirements of "ensuring safety, grasping quality, promoting construction period and controlling cost", and has achieved remarkable results. The south gate was successfully opened and highly praised by the construction units, streets and community residents. The project department will continue to strictly require the project to push ahead with the completion of the renovation project as scheduled.
